Let’s do this…

Taking the step to start therapy can feel daunting. You might be unsure what to expect, worried about feeling overwhelmed, or wondering if this will actually help. This is right where working together begins, at a pace that’s relationally safe, focused, and designed to help you turn old patterns into real change.

What to expect

Therapy is a collaborative process. Sessions are one-to-one, confidential, and designed to help you face difficult feelings, challenge unhelpful patterns, and gradually discover your own strengths. You don’t need a diagnosis, and past therapy attempts don’t define what’s possible here.

Every session is an opportunity to:

  • Explore the feelings you’ve been avoiding.

  • Understand recurring patterns in your relationships and inner life.

  • Build the skills and courage to step into freedom and choice.
