Testimonials
Every person who steps into therapy brings their own story, courage, and willingness to change. These words are not just reviews, they’re glimpses into real experiences of facing fears, uncovering feelings, and discovering new possibilities. I’m deeply grateful to everyone who has shared their journey; their honesty reminds us all why this work matters.

Rick and I have achieved something I never in my wildest dreams thought possible. I went from being plagued by self-hatred, shame, guilt, thinking I don't deserve help, to a complete change of perspective, and most importantly, hope for the future. If there is one thing I appreciate the most out of everything, it's this. The ability to hope. And to see myself in a more positive light despite my mistake. Rick’s style is asking you the right questions. He'll answer some of your questions, sure, but mostly he'll respond with another question, and blow your mind when you figure out the answer yourself. Sometimes I found myself thinking "Now why is he asking me this? How is this relevant?", but trust me, it always is. There's always rhyme and reason to the questions you get. Thank you, Rick, for your patience and help with this journey!

Rick is a very unique man. He is very kind, smart and a great listener. I feel very comfortable sharing personal details with Rick, he is very approachable, light-hearted and funny. I look forward to my meetings with him every week and I love the fact he can ask me the right questions to get me to dig deeper into my mind to figure out thought patterns and past experiences which may be causing certain challenges in my life. This is exactly what I was looking for from a therapist. Therapy isn’t something that works overnight but every session I feel like I am learning more about myself and how I can change my inner dialogue to better serve myself in life. It is refreshing to be able to express myself to someone who understands me, has a passion for what they do and feel comfortable with. This is my first time trying therapy and I would definitely recommend Rick.

Since working with Rick, I’ve been able to manage my thoughts and rumination which was something that was holding me back in life. Just by having Rick there to listen to me, interjecting to ask the right questions has led me to figure out for myself what was causing this to happen. I would highly recommend to anyone.
