Professional Membership

I am a registered psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). My work follows the BACP Ethical Framework, which sets the standards for safe and responsible therapeutic practice in the UK.

  • BSc (Hons) Counselling Psychology (BPS accredited)

  • Diploma in Counselling Practice

  • Extensive postgraduate study in psychodynamic psychotherapy

  • Ongoing specialist training in ISTDP (Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy)

Clinical Training

My clinical background includes training and supervised practice across:

  • Private practice

  • Specialist eating-disorder services

  • Community mental-health settings

  • Short-term therapy models, including Single Session Therapy

My ongoing professional development focuses on emotional capacity-building, defence work, and working in real time with the emotional moment.
