How This Informs My Work

My training and clinical background shape the way I help people understand their emotional world. This means:

  • Working with the real emotional moment

  • Paying attention to anxiety, shame, and defence patterns

  • Supporting people to grow their emotional capacity

  • Staying grounded, steady, and focused during difficult feelings

  • Holding a therapeutic space where honesty and safety come first

  • Alongside clinical practice, I publish short clinical guides for therapists working with depth-oriented psychotherapy.
